Dave Chappelle’s Return Is As Triumphant As We All Hoped!

Dave Chappelle is one of the most influential comedians of this century. His wit and impeccable comedic timing are nothing short of genius. He reels you in with facts, and sometimes a deep personal story that makes you reflect and then in an instant he makes you burst out laughing. He touched all of our hearts with the Chappelle show and the whole country tuned in to see what this legendary show would do week in and week out.

But then Dave Chappelle left us after 3 seasons of the Chappelle show and we never thought we would see him again.

Then! Like an angel in the night suddenly Dave Chappelle starts to make random appearances at comedy clubs after no one saw him for years! Suddenly the search for Dave on YouTube was growing more and more as we all wondered if he was back.

Dave Chappelle then disappeared for a few years again. Dashing away all hope. Then something happened! Dave suddenly resurrects himself again! He’s doing interviews, talking to celebrities once again, we saw him in the limelight. It looked as though Dave Chappelle was ready to talk about what happened and move on with his life. He clearly had been working out because he was noticeably bigger. Then suddenly we all were getting what we wanted. He was doing standup comedy once more. His tickets were selling out everywhere and we finally had Mr. Chappelle back.

One thing Dave had not done however, was a sketch. Sketches are what catapulted him into a superstar. That was erased on Saturday, November 12th, 2016! Dave Chappelle made a triumphant return to sketch comedy by going on Saturday Night Live. Dave Chappelle has been through a lot of ups and downs over the years, but one thing that he has not lost, is his ability to make us self-reflect, and laugh.

Welcome back Dave Chappelle, we’re glad to see you again!
